Complimentary for ages 18 years and up
$50.00 fee for individuals under 18 years old
$50.00 fee for work-related testing (includes administrative work and additional paperwork)
Central Auditory Processing Assessment
$300.00 for test and report (includes follow-up to go over results)

Premium – starting at $5,000 / pair
Advanced – starting at $4,000 / pair
Standard – starting at $3,000 / pair
Basic – starting at $2,000 / pair

3-year warranty for repairs and maintenance
